CORY SUESS- TRAINER
My name is Cory Suess and over the last 10 years I have been working as a fitness professional in the Los Angeles area. As a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and office boot camp coach, I specialize in functional fitness. My goal is to make fitness fun for everyone I work with. I believe working out should be something we look forward to and not something we dread. Mindset is the most important element of fitness. Master your mindset, and you will master your body!
Originally from the Bay Area, I moved to Los Angeles in 2007 when I was given the opportunity to attend and play football at the prestigious Occidental College. While there, I was a four-year NCAA athlete. It was through my collegiate football experience that I developed an overwhelming passion for my own personal fitness, as well as for educating others on how to improve their own. Today, I hold multiple certifications in the fitness industry and am constantly striving to learn more. My job as a trainer/coach is to push you past your mental boundaries while simultaneously creating a FUN environment to workout in.
